Furthermore, you have the right to revoke any consent given at any time with effect for the future.
The legal situation regarding data protection is subject to frequent reforms, which may also require adjustments to our privacy policy. Likewise, the content of our offer is continuously evolving. We therefore reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy accordingly and to notify you of any changes. Additionally, you should regularly visit our website to inform yourself about possible updates to the privacy policy or other terms of use. Below you will find information about which personal data is collected during your visit and how it is used.
a) Every access to our website (including its subpages) is automatically logged. This may include, in particular, the IP address of the requesting computer. Also logged may be each click, download, or retrieval of a file available on our website. The following are recorded: file name; time of retrieval (date and time); data volume retrieved or transmitted; the browser used; information about whether the retrieval or transmission was successful; name of the requesting domain or email. Delivery and read receipts of emails may also be logged.
b) With the exception of the requesting domain or email address, this data is not intended to personally identify you. The collection is not legally or contractually required nor necessary for concluding a contract. You are not obliged to provide this personal data. However, not providing it would mean that you could no longer use the functions of our website in full.
Other than the data described above, we only collect and store personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us, e.g., in an email inquiry or if you wish to place advertising on our website. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future.
a) Personal data transmitted to us will be used only to respond to your inquiries, to process contracts concluded with you, to process your orders, as well as for technical administration, accounting, and billing. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(a), alternatively (b), (c), and (f) GDPR. We only disclose your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for contract processing, billing, you have given prior consent, or we are legally entitled or obliged to do so. You have the right to revoke any consent at any time with effect for the future.
b) Your purchase of our products will be carried out by PayPro Global, Inc. PayPro Global, Inc. is the seller of our products in your cart and your contractual partner. They will collect personal data required for the purchase (name, address, email, etc.) and forward this to us so that we know who owns a license key. The legal bases for this are Article 6(1)(a), alternatively (b), (c), and (f) GDPR.
We do not transmit any data abroad or to supranational or international authorities.
We use product registration data to register your product license (i.e., to validate and verify your license rights to the product for the purpose of combating software piracy) and to enable us to provide maintenance or support services to you. The data collection during product registration is minimized and consists of the following "product registration data":
That means, if you need to enter a license key in our software, this license key is validated online in real time for anti-piracy purposes. Validation takes place encrypted via the internet (SSL). We compare the license key you entered with our own maintained license key source, and upon successful validation, we link your entered license key and machine ID to it, store and process this information permanently, and activate the software for you. The legal bases for this are Article 6(1)(a), alternatively (b), (c), and (f) GDPR.
We have integrated the LiveZilla chat module on our website so you can chat with us. Our chat with you and the associated data processing are legally based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data for one or more specific purposes). Once this purpose has been fulfilled, we will immediately delete all data related to the chat.
We have implemented an online service for generating e-invoices on our root servers hosted by STRATO, which are hosted exclusively in Germany. This service allows the online tool "konverter.zugferd-rechnungen.de" to generate your e-invoices if you explicitly consent in advance to the SSL-protected transmission of your invoice data. To do this, you must manually check a box on the upload page. The processing of the transmitted data for e-invoice generation is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent to processing of personal data). After processing, all data is immediately deleted.
Immediately upon withdrawal of your consent, we will delete any personal data related to you. See Art. 7(3) GDPR. Data will also be deleted if knowledge of it is no longer required to fulfill the purpose for which it was stored, or if its storage becomes inadmissible for other legal reasons.
a) Upon request, we will gladly inform you about the personal data we have stored about you, as well as its origin and recipients, and the purpose of storage. See Art. 15 GDPR.
